HPMicro has obtained TÜV Certification for ISO26262 and IEC61508 Functional Safety Management

Shanghai, China, June 12, 2023 - The international independent third-party testing, inspection, and certification organization TÜV Rheinland (hereinafter referred to as "TÜV") awarded HPMicro Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HPMicro") ISO 26262 ASIL-D and IEC 61508 SIL-3 functional safety management certification. HPMicro has become the first Chinese company to receive dual certification of ISO26262 ASIL-D and IEC61508 SIL-3 issued by TÜV.


At the awarding ceremony, Mr. Zeng Jintao, CEO of HPMicro, and Ms. Yang Jiayue, Deputy General Manager of Industrial Services and Information Security of TÜV China, witnessed this historic moment together.

 

Since its establishment, HPMicro has adhered to the concept of "Quality-oriented" and regarded safety as an important attribute of product development. Since 2021, it has carried out the construction of personnel training and product development work in functional safety management. HPMicro has established a complete functional safety development process and management system for MCU products, providing solidly safety guarantees for its automotive and industrial customers.
